This only happens on one character. I close rookie chat, which turns back on every login. Ive disabled blink. I minimize the window, but every single time I leave a fullscreen window it pops back up, and I have to minimize it again.
Its getting really frustrating. Please help

There is no help on that. I tried to minimize Local and Rookie but they pop back up at each dock/undock and that is the way the Devs have coded it.

Rookie chat will stop inviting you once your pilot is older.
The Windows size can be changed and so instead of closing the window first try and resize it and even relocate it’s location before you redock. Then once docked you can log out and this should save the screensize for the next time you log back into yout pilot to undock.

I figured out the other issue… for whatever reason, I had to have it set to stay above fullscreen windows. Now it stays open/collapsed/minimised as I leave it.
