What if you could only install, leave, or swap clones at full power mode,
but be able to get that last clone out of the citadel, at any power state ?
In order to install a Jump Clone in an Upwell Structure it needs to have the Cloning Facility and it has to be Online otherwise the service will not be available. I can’t say if this is also the case when swapping/leaving.
