I have noticed that anchored and anchoring structures have the same representation on the new overview. On the radial menu you do not get the option to dock and thereby obviously cannot tether, but this fact cannot be distinguished from the overview where the green docking rights icon is shown.
Potentially caps might warp to these anchoring structures under the presumption they can tether, but get an unpleasant surprise.
Thank you very much for the new overview in general, it is a really good improvement, and I hope you can extend it further by covering this edge case.
