Greetings 
I have been struggling with this issue for a long time now. It happens only in Minmatar space it seems, and it might be coming from the Sun in this system. Sometimes it’s worse, other times it’s not that bad. Maybe it has something to do with the moon I’m mining today, though they all have this issue from what I could tell.

It happens a lot when I zoom in/out or when the camera pans.
I have installed the newest NVIDIA driver.
I run 3 clients. I tried only 1 client full screen. I tried VSYNC off / on. I tried all 3 graphic settings presets (Quality, Memory, Performance).
Swapped from DX12 to DX11 and back.
Nothing helped, if not, it actually made it worse somehow.
I’m running out of ideas to try and this is becoming a problem that I must fix soon since I cannot have this flicker anymore running in the background of my work.
