In vague terms it can maybe be said that some playstyles may or may not share attributes with certain personality traits, maybe, and only in some remote circumstances.

Nah, Some Carebears PVErs just think they are the Hero of eve-online. They are trying hard to push a narrative that they have some kind of significance because they arenât good at pvp.

The study as I pointed out is interesting. As was the other that was posted. Yet you seem insistent that you are somehow expert enough to read the road map. Unless you have a degree in psychology. You, I and any one else that is not a trained psychologist/psychiatrist can not read that road map.
The most any one of us can do is comment on what it says. Not what it means or even as you keep attempting to do âread the road mapâ.
You, myself, and anyone else that is not trained and have a degree can make any comment on what motivates anyone to play this game. It is just not possible.
Any more than I can make anything but a passing comment on a description of a new species of human. By the way I followed the evolution of how the âhobbitâ went from being a maybe a short and disfigured fossil of an otherwise normal human. To the debates on what the femur and hand joint bones really said.
Couched in scientific jargon that was at times hard to follow. To how the consensus as the few new fossils were found. That this was a new of an unknown human species that had been affected by the Island Effect.
It is fascinating of how a species can become diminutive when they are on an island for hundred of thousand of years. Cut off from their continental cousins.
But through it all I never thought to ever weigh in on the various studies. Why? Because A: I am not qualified and B: hold no degrees. That would make anyone want to listen to an unqualified and really uninformed opinion.
While I am not a carebear.. I know I suck at PVP. At the same time my narrative is that I will sell to those that are good and the those that are not good at PVP. As for heroes or villains. Well that is in the eye of the beholder now isnât it..

@Aiko_Danuja Sometimes I blame you why this random carebear toons in-game miners are acting like they have somekind of great significance because a well known leader of an HS Ganking alliance like you interacts with them in this forum.

Yeah, I was disappointed when I came into the thread a day late and a dollar short and couldnt see the study itself. Ive enjoyed reading about articles within the gaming community about psychological topics.
Oh well. This is a topic I will discuss in real life with people that have studied psychopaths so Ill settle for that but new studies are interesting still to me about the game I do enjoy.
Iâm not disappointed. I can find studies online on just about anything but I think itâs a low blow to point to a PvP study in a PvP game forum. Thatâs a troll move.
