Hello folks,
since there’s a 200 PLEX minimum for the current PLEX 4 Good campaign Highsec Buyback will offer PLEX pooling for those who have less than 200 PLEX to donate. In this post I’ll explain what we mean with PLEX pooling, CCP’s stance on scamming with charity events, and how we’ll document our pooling campaign.
[CCP] are requesting that players respect a minimum donation of 200 PLEX. This will help [CCP] process donations efficiently while also allowing those with only a small amount of PLEX to participate.
If you don’t already trust Highsec Buyback then don’t use this.

PLEX Pooling
The goal of PLEX pooling is to allow folks who have less than 200 PLEX to spare, to donate to the PLEX 4 Good campaign. We enable this by accepting and forwarding PLEX donations through item exchange contracts. The official post explains how to create a contract. This is a 0 ISK contract which we usually don’t accept. There must be no other items than PLEX in the contract, or we will reject it.
How to contribute to our PLEX pool
To contribute to our pooling, send a contract to Highsec Buyback (corporation) instead. Triple check that you send the contract to the right corporation, since there are characters trying to impersonate us and we can’t return that PLEX for you.
The official campaign ends at 23:59:59 UTC on 21 February 2023. We will accept and forward donations until 20:00:00 UTC on 21 February 2023. Any amount sent to us will be sent back to the donating characters if we don’t manage to send another contract to CCP.
We will top up the total PLEX donated to the nearest 200 PLEX. For example if we receive 40 PLEX during our part of the campaign, we will send 200 PLEX to CCP.
CCP’s stance on scamming with charity events
IMPORTANT: CCP regards any scamming attempts surrounding PLEX for GOOD to be morally reprehensible, and any attempts at scamming relating to this program will be met with the harshest and swiftest action at our disposal. If you become aware anyone of attempting a scam related to PLEX for GOOD, please notify us at support@eveonline.com.
Documentation and Transparency
We will summarise incoming and outgoing donations in this thread. This should allow you to see if your donation has been forwarded to CCP. If you feel like we did not forward the PLEX honestly, feel free to report us following the guidelines above.
