Op is an illegal rebel miner and he can not be trusted. If in doubt always ask your local New Order Agent for advice.

Because mining can technically be done w/o CODE approval, only CODE “enforcement” operations can prevent it. I understand that mining is widespread in New Eden, it must frustrate operatives of the New Order that despite years of effort, mining without a “permit” continues to thrive.
