At least 100%, but depending on exactly what is being offered as collateral, likely a little more to compensate for the price risk. The details are subject to negotiation.

Ugh good thread I respect you for putting yourself out there of making things happen. I want to do the deal but how the hell do I show to other lenders and borrowers that I completed this deal? :frowning:

I simply want to do this deal to become more known in this MD community as a borrower and lender, to legitimately build a good reputation.

Typically, a new forum thread is created for each loan where I am the lender, with details such as the loan amount, duration, etc. This achieves a great deal of transparency, and you’ll be able to point people to your successfully completed loans in the future.
