Combat Anoms and Spawn rates

There is a system I moved into in High Sec, it has a 3 combat sites in it and I think 3 sites has been the norm for a while.
Question, If I continually do these sites and get them to respawn will the number of sites increase like they do, or did pre patch in NullSec when you built the military Index.?

“sites” in general (including wormholes, relic, data, combat, gas …) are processed by batch, so every 10s the servers handles the sites ready to respawn in their system by creating a new dungeon.
What changes is the assignation of the site (in which system they can pop), as well as the delay between the creation of a dungeon and its visibility.

Regarding anomalies, they are generally region-wide but limited to a few systems in those regions.

cool so what I am saying is can I get the system to produce more anoms by activly doing the ones present, right now there are 3 but if I keep doing them will they start spawning 6 then 8 then 10 and so on.
