My question is, will more combat anoms spawn in a low sec system if there are enough people completing them?
I know in Null sec this happens as the military index goes up. The more rats/combat anoms completed the more they spawn in that system.
Is this true for Low sec or not?
No, spawns in low sec are chance-based occurrences and cannot be influenced like in null sec. Sometimes anomalies pile up in certain unused systems from all over the region but which system it is and when it will happen cannot be influenced.
