Over the years Taxes, in some form or manner, has been put on most every activity in New Eden.
Oh come on, you know exactly what I’m talking about. Pirate Strongholds, NPC Mining Fleets with Combat Support, Roaming NPC Gang’s, Triglavian Attack Squads in systems with Wormholes to Pochven Region, etc.
As for interaction, Capsuleers don’t have a choice in that since CCP programmed those NPC’s to seek out and destroy…

And they have been placed to reduce the inflation, that is to keep the cost of living stable.
Your cost of living is only a matter of the global inflation. If more money is produced elsewhere, then your money loses its value and your cost of living increases.

From when I started playing this game over 16 years ago, the prices for everything has steadily increased with more fees, taxes and waste mechanics being implemented by CCP. Not once during that time has the base pay / isk payout to Capsuleers been increased.
So yeah, I’d like to get an increase in pay, especially since everything has more than tripled in price. I don’t care if you agree or disagree, your arguments about maintaining current isk pay to keep inflation down is nothing more than BS.
Now take your trolling somewhere else…
On the side, thanks for responding, Brisc. You seem to be the only (former) CSM member still communicating on this section of the official forums.
Here’s looking at you, CSM 18, especially the guys and gals from nullsec and wh space.
With all the noise generated by Equinox, I would have expected communication from the current CSM. Their positions and opinions on the points of critique do not fall under NDA. Even showing some presence on these forums with the usual “We told them so” would at least be some reassurance. Their (s)election should be both a representation of the common denominator of the player base and some leadership in case the player base has its opinions wrong.
Note to self: If Brisc ever runs again (I know he says he won’t), he will have my vote (again), lol.
