It would be interesting for the player community to be able to see how often this issue occurs. Like 99.95% uptime… for a modern MMO… probably pretty good.

but the issue has also been affecting the game itself - with overview not loading sometimes, and tidi in systems with no donut

Due to the fact that the chat does not work, especially local, the player loses the ability to analyze the situation in the system. Are they going to compensate for the losses that players have suffered because of this?
