Well logged back in this morning and still no chat in client…
Come on CCP this is terrible!
Why not take chat out of client all together and instead run as a different program!
None of my channels is working . everything i type is not recieved by my corpmates …

again, chats do not work properly, pilots are not displayed in local chat, and if they do appear, they do not disappear ((
Chat still not working have reloaded, but no change, local out, corp out etc etc…
Chat is going crazy again, Overview not functioning proper.

Example…
My fleet chat experience huge delay and messages undelivered. Restarted fleet and no chat channel appeared. Rookie chat channel is not available either.
I find it strange that CCP say they found the cause of the issue and apparently fixed it and yet it persists even now. What is the issue?

Yeah i have problem too, cant create fleet. Try reset settings, restart. Nothing work.
Same here - all chats are messed up … Since like 15 hours
Various chats broken on various clients. On some regular chat works but no local, on others nothing works at all.
I still dont heve either corp chat or local chat…
Looks like player created channels are working for me, just not local, corp and alliance
Their jabber protocol is timing out… I guess their back end services are causing 500s, hitting IO threshold, having scaling issues or suffering from DDoS. Who knows.
The issue won’t be local chat channel only or any specific to game perspective. Its the whole chat service being affected. The channel window is blank for me, for example.
14 hours now … even for you this is going to really rain on your ‘but but but eve is up at 99.999% so what do you want ?’ blanket excuse now, isn’t it ?

Local chat is severely delayed, or doesn’t update at all when changing systems. Corp chat seems to have a very long delay on messages as well. This is even after rebooting and relogging several times.
no chats on any char i log in. local broken, chats broken.
12 hours later… nothing works as expected… That is pathetic…

Still the same even after re logging no chat no motd’s etc only appear in local if you type something in first and the sub menu’s aren’t working either
