For over 2 weeks I have had 17% -25% Packet loss originating from 173.167.56.42 (Comcast Cable Communications, LLC) who is the last hop before it goes into transatlantic from Mount Laurel, NJ to London (where ccp server). If you live in the Midwest of the united states or east coast That is your DC issue. I have had to use WTFast to route around it. The Jitter is so bad it’s even misreporting the ping showing 23ms which is impossibly low from Indiana to London.

Run Tracert 172.65.201.188 to check the Wan and then ping 172.65.201.188 with -t switch and let it run why you are playing for 15min or so then Ctr C to stop the ping.
