What does the " - VIP" status mean ? is the server than already online for some VIP people ?

if you put 3 hampsterās on a wheel, one in the middle facing the opposite direction. would they all turn around.
It means only CCP devs and or ISDs can login.

Iām completely tranquil.
Least this is better than Waiting 3 Hours once a weekā¦
Means CCP can log in, see whats wrong, fix it, rinse, repeatā¦

I feel like every time they fire up the servers and we still canāt log in, a whole bunch of hamsters is being fried alive
