10:30 UTC - The update to the SSO has revealed several underlying issues that we are working to resolve before downtime. If the issues are unable to be resolved we may require an extended downtime.
Scheduled maintenance should have an advance warning yet I wake up to a dead game and not even a notice on the Launcher that the game is down. Yet Status site claims this is SCHEDULED?
CCP support has been nearly nonexistent as of late. Took you guys over 30 minutes last Saturday to realize the servers didn’t restart and just left the community hanging the whole time.
Yeah, nice, the agency is broken and keyboard shortcuts were reset and logging off to the char select screen is also not possible. Now even jumping a gate is broken.
CCP, this is a new level of crazy. No advance notice about this work, no proper preparation in the background, no competence in the execution. Absolutely astounding.
So managed to get logged in but Selected Item window is BLANK except for the description. No Route showing No Search. No Buttons for align, warp, Jump etc…
Fantastic. Now the daily activities only accept select signatures as valid scan results. I scanned a total of 7 signatures now but the counter stays at 3/5 … Plus, I don’t get 10k SP when I reach 2 goals. Fantastic.
