I think inane repetition and parroting of oneself is also a part of sociopathy though its not listed.

…which could easily have a more apt and less confusing name. It could be medium security for example. The range between 1.0 and 0.5 is quite a lot, considering the goings on (less trig attacks which is nutty). High security could be applied to 1.0 and 0.9 and it STILL would not be accurate toward general use of the term “high security” but it would be TREMEMDOUSLY more accessible to understanding for new players.

It absolutely is because your intent is very clearly to call gankers sociopaths but do it with sufficient weasel wording that CCP won’t ban another of your characters.
Having medium security but no high security would be more confusing than the current state because a scale of medium/low/no is less intuitive than high/low/no. It implicitly suggests the existence of high security so that medium is a middle position between high and low, and that level would not exist.
High security could be applied to 1.0 and 0.9 and it STILL would not be accurate toward general use of the term “high security” but it would be TREMEMDOUSLY more accessible to understanding for new players.
From the point of view of a new player the difference between 1.0 and 0.5 is negligible compared to the difference between 0.5 and 0.4. Your change would make things more confusing by suggesting that there is a significant drop from 0.9 to 0.8 instead of just a very slightly slower CONCORD response time (which only translates into a slightly higher level of gank dps required to kill you).

To be honest I don’t see an issue with this whole sociopath thing. It’s not like it’s illegal to be one or anything. Admitting to being a sociopath in EVE isn’t going to lead to being mandated to knock on neighbors’ doors each time one moves to a new neighborhood, like some kind of sexual predator.
So let’s go with it. Let’s own it. Let’s cheapen the label enough so that these guys have to reach really deep for a new one that’s even more interesting and exciting. I’m extremely curious about what they’ll come up with!
