Why does this still exist even though they are non-functional, or does no one know how they work.
Last I checked they are only good for getting concord aggro. They don’t like it when you shoot their signs.
Maybe you need to increase your graphics settings because these boards show all sorts of useless player propaganda.
He’s speaking about different boards. The old ones that I thought CCP removed a while ago.
