IDEA is pull concord to a belt anom or area where we have a mining fleet to keep concord on GRID to kill gankers when they fired as its not delaying them its simplely defensive is this bannable cuz its not delaying CONCORD its keeping them on GRID
idea being its defensive not to delay them at all so i dont understand if this is bannable cuz i read the entire thing about pulling says nothing about it

i would like to elbarate based on rules delaying concord is an exploit this is not delaying concord of leaveing ships out in space based on rules ive read and should be legel based on up to date info on the wbeiste as i can use two alts to shoot each other at a gate to pull concord to it for a fleet passing though as it used as a defensive mesure and should not be considered an exploit as it protects players that are mining on belts pulling concord to the belt to protect when we see negitive standing players i fire upon one of the people at the belt and concord shows up kills me and they hang around at the belt for a bit not being used to delay concord by any means so it should not be considered an exploit its purely a tool to protect a fleet from gankers to make it so they show up faster before would be ganker warps in
also abids by these rules i have read them from understanding of the current OUTLINED RULES
all based on public info ive gathered concord kills me and ligers at the belt for a bit

Whether it is allowed or not, it won’t work…because gankers have only to undock in a corvette whilst in criminal status and that in itself automatically brings Concord to the station to destroy them. This is without the gankers firing a single shot at anyone.
Yes, you are allowed to pull CONCORD to your belt by committing a criminal act defensively to get a faster CONCORD response in case criminals are to attack your mining ships at that location.
Also you are allowed to pull CONCORD away from a location they already are present in.
“all methods of delaying Concord’s response time are considered an exploit.” - So its not an exploit. They are proposing expediting a response by keeping CONCORD in their system. In fact…opposite of delay. Oh my.
There will be no changes to how support are policing CONCORD interaction and that ‘pulling’ CONCORD or defensive spawning of CONCORD is currently permitted but we reserve the right to change this at a future date. Circa GM Arcade 2021
