If you have Social Skills, then yes, your sec status is affected by a positive standing.
Been asking around Discord channels for the information.
Dip 5 and Social 5 don’t have any effect.

I think Criminal Connections is what you are looking for.
Skills dont apply to FW.
Yes @Alice_Saki you need to be -2 base standing without skills to apply to angel FW. Hover over your standings you can see base, and effective standing
