About reputation and pirate factions. I have been trying to join Angel Cartel. The recruitment page talls me I need “-2.0” or above, my rep with angels right now is -0.80. Is that not above -2.0? Shouldn’t I be allowed to join?
Are you looking at base standings, or is that with skills applied?
Skills don’t apply to FW so your standings page should have a base standing and an effective standing. Hover over your standing for angel cartel to see your base/effective

Now what you can do if your standings are bad, is to run the epic arc for angels

You need 3.00 effective with either amarrr navy or domination to access the arc.
Or you can pay a standings service to raise amarr navy for you so you can run the arc
If your connections skill is at 5, it wont take but a few hours running missions to get to 3.00 with amarr navy
