As it sits right now to disband a corp you have to kick everyone from it 1 by 1, wait out any leader ship timers for a day and hope you got them all.
Why is there not a “disband Corp” button
Also Dust soldiers are stuck in corp and cant be kicked.

Idk if it would work, but you could create an alt, train up the corp skills needed to take over the corp, remove anyone you can, give alt control of corp, biomass alt. that gets the corp out of your hands, and not sure if it would delete the corp itself or not.
As long as there is only one director left and no assets/wallet/hangars i don’t see why this can’t be a thing.
If you are done with the corp, just, promote someone and leave.
