Corporation and Characters Query

o7, on/off player here since 2005. I currently have 3 characters on my Omega account:

  • 1x main that Ive had since the start of Exodus that shoots stuff, PVE but wanting to get into PVP possibly too (This one has the obvious range of different skills across the board now due to its age and the fact I only used this one for years)
  • 1x I made to be dedicated miner and hauler
  • 1x that I`m skilling up into Exploration/WH type things.

Have a few Alpha accounts floating about that i created but never going to Omega those.

Question is, do Player Corps usually allow people applying with their three different characters, that they are skilling up into different tasks or is that frowned on?

Been hoping to find a home in a corp that does all three things essentially.

In my experience, a lot of the corps welcome this, especially nullsec ones. But common sense applies. For one – don’t apply to corps before you’re invited to. Unsolicited applications get rejected. I hope you know this for having been around in the game for as long as you have. Then if you’re applying to say, a 100% PVP corp, they may have no use for your mining/hauling/explo alts. So talk to the recruiters and sort it out with them. Every corp in EVE has their own policies.

I find the opposite is true, they won’t like you putting three different characters into three different corps :stuck_out_tongue:

Corp membership is generally by the human, not by the character.
