I have used them quite a few times recently.
Firstly the negatives: Cost, this service is a little expensive.
That is literally the only negative I have to say about the service. Everything else is excellent, deliveries are on time, and they also offer collateral so your stuff is literally insured in case of a loss.
This is why the service is more expensive. I wouldnât let the cost put me off using Moonpire in future. On balance this is an excellent trusted service and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone else!

Excellent Service! The delivery was transfered in less than half day. The special tracker system allowed me to track the status via discord-only while being abroad; very nice touch.
I have to give another shout out to Moonfire for transport from Jita to nullsec. As always, affordable and super fast - my kit was transferred in under a day ⌠great price, super reliable.

Contracts get picked up fast, deliveries land on time. No drama, no babysitting. Especially for Nullsec routes, itâs pretty obvious they know how to move stuff without it ending up on a killboard.
Not the cheapest option, sure. But if youâve ever dealt with running your own Jump Freighter ops, you already know why itâs worth paying for. Saves time, saves nerves.
So far everything went through clean. No losses, no excuses. Set up the contract, set the reward, done.
If you donât feel like hauling your own stuff and risking it blowing up halfway â just use them and move on.

I just contracted 4 contracts to them yesterday and already today I log in all my items are at the destination system. I even made a mistake gave them too much isk and they returned the 3.7 Billion back saying I paid too much. I really appreciate their honesty too, which surprised me.
