Creator Codes and Revenue Share

I received a marketing e-mail recently about revenue share for community creators, and after a recent purchase I’m curious which parties are holding these codes. The EVE Partnership site lists partners but not their creator codes, if those things are even related.

Can anyone point me to a directory for these codes? If I’m going to be buying something anyway, I’d like to support people who make flying solo in this game easier.

I saw today that some of the new videos are featuring the creator code at the top of the description.
