Well this really sums it up. Whether you think this discussion is justified or not threats and abuse that cross the threshold of any games is a serious issues.

It’s ok I’ll never waiver, in the face of isk or bribery or attacks , I play eve to fight the eve criminal class and that’s what I’ll do , the only problem I see and have run into is deciding who is criminal because it’s not alway clear.

To be honest when I read the discussion in run up to me first post I was convinced that the attitude was purely to spite other posters and i figured some common sense might prevail.
Shocked is the only way I can sum up how I’m feeling at the moment.
I know we disagree on a regular basis but wow…….under it all i thought there was at least some decency.

Or maybe these people are aware that if they take a stance and put out statements that they don’t condone, and in fact outright condemn such behavior, then they’ll lose the support of the gank “victims” as the bedrock of their cause.

I haven’t attacked Githany once. I have given her what i consider very good advice in the context of this thread. The fact that perceive it as an attack is you issue not mine.

You absolutely have, this is not advice. You are insisting that Githany make a statement on known fake allegations and holding her up as guilty of condoning RL stuff if she does not, that is a personal attack.

Githany said that in reply to me and in part to me telling you that AG is a resistance movement. You quoted that way out of context, yes you are personally attacking Githany.

I read this thread and the discussion is on a topic that i happen to care a great deal about. Ive read post after post of people saying anything the can to avoid saying that rl threats are unacceptable which is extremely triggering for me.
I politely pointed out why i think Githany, yourself should address this and have been insulted and mocked as a result. Not only insulting and mocking me but making light of the issue entirely. A display of some the most awful online behaviour i have seen on this forum to date
