Some loser whinebabies keep pretending there is “no counterplay” to Highsec ganking. I decided to make a list of counterplay options, feel free to chime in below if you think of something I missed, and I will update the list.
pay the gankers to gank someone else (it works!)
go elsewhere
dock up
fit your ship (try armor, shield, DCU, and rigs)
warp away (try aligning, using bookmarks)
use an afterburner/MWD
drones (lots of options)
ecm - these are literal ‘countermeasures’
boosts/reps
logi
bait
smartbombs
stationcamp the gankers
gatecamp the gankers
wardec the gankers (we all own structures somewhere)
beg
whine in the forums
gank the gankers - for example, Novus Ordo mines in Silen, Abudban, and Finanar - if they can gank your miner, you can gank their miner
I like your list. I also like insta-aligning and/or cloaky ships, either cheap or blinged, less than 2 second aligning (can be as cheap as an atron) or less than one second aligning (hecate or astero, when you want a cushy ride.)
On a serious note, I’ll even use perches, bounce, and…instadock and undock bookmarks, too.
1: never pay gankers, they will farm your wallet instead of ship
4: useless, they will just bring more cata
7: drones don’t work and don’t kill cata fast enought
10: logi can’t rep ship that are under limited enganged timer
12: smartbombs dosn’t work in high sec unless you go red security and that open you to get concord if you one the suicided gankers is a second too slow to firing
13: can’t stationcamps, it’s useless in high sec
14: gatecamp in high sec are worth only if you are under wardecc

If this is legitimate and I availed it. For sure mining will be boring. just like sticking to a rock, digest my own brain and stops thinking and moving .
One thing that i can add is using an Alt that I called “Suicide Ninja Alts.” doesn’t matter how many kmails it gets as long as it can produce something for the main.
The main is either C.E.O, Industrialist, PVP’r or Eve Forum keyboard warrior,
Eve-Online is just outplaying or outsmarting each other which are really fun.
Suicide alts are the handiest thing in the game. The thing is to never confess that they are you. That way you can mine, practice all manner of silly things, incur a killboard with 20,000 losses, and deny all knowledge.
HS is already survivable enough. No bubbles, Gatecampers will not just shoot at you out of fun unlike in lowsec and nullsec . Ships that may kill you in A Gank are already Identifiable. 3 types of T1 destroyers, Fleet of Talos, Camping Tornados, Some few are using fleet of bombers. Even the places that Ganking Practices are so high is not a secret.
Only IDIOTS and BOTS will die from a Gank everyday or often in Highsec.
90% of the people I gank in hisec were AFK. Had they not been AFK, they would have seen combat probes on scan and docked up a bit. Or they would have started warping out when Local spiked.
You clearly have no idea how ganking works. Other points of your list shows that too.
You are wrong in almost everything you wrote and the consequence of going criminal for smartbombing doesn’t mean it is not viable strategy. It is your problem you are not willing to dirty your hands to fight gankers. It is thanks to the anti-gank crown constant crying that there are no other ways to fight other than “counter-gank”. You wanted this.
If it were easier to PvP in Highsec, it would be easier to PvP gankers. It’s almost like the rules carebears demand are acting against their own interest.
