Look in different areas and or try different time slots…
If in High Sec space, best thing to do is get far away from Trade Hub systems, try looking in deadend systems with low travel activity or find a secluded High Sec Island pocket surrounded by Low Sec systems…
After you find a system with low travel / activity and complete a couple of sites, stick around in the system for about 10mins, another Event site should spawn…

I did event for all 4 weeks more or less stable. I felt that during last like 10 days rewards decreased significantly, especially for data sites (cans got easier to hack for newbees but rewards were almost halved).
But in general - I got like 6-7b in loot and bounties on 2 chars in high sec, excluding rewards from pass, all skins and cerebrals (which I injected). And i didn’t sell final boxes which could give me another 5 bil. So yeah - this event was decent enough in terms of income.

I rushed the event on two chars, just did the minimum required sites to collect the points, used the attribute boosters for myself and did even open the containers at the end - as you said, could have been another some billion.
In the end that cumulated in like 4b ISK made within a single week in nearly 100% safety in HS plus a dozen of attribute boosters plus 2 final containers worth another 4-5b (if I had just sold them). That event is incredibly lucrative, considering the fact that it can be done with a single account and a sub-1b HAC/T3 or Faction Battleship.
It can be done in cheap ass Jackdaw and much faster than on a HAC/BS. Those L3 incident sites were very good.
I think it was possible to fill pass bar in a single day from 0 just running around on a T3D.
Nah, the Bio-sites are fixed 10 minutes time, I could do the Tetrimons/Gauntlets in 6 with a shortcut token and around 8 without. And the loot is also more valuable.
The bio sites were more numerous tho, so if an area lacks Tetrimons/Gauntlets, they are indeed faster because you have less searching time. But that was never an issue for me, just run at very remote corners and you have more sites than you need.
