The CSM seems inaccessible to me, shouldn’t there be an email address so people can bring stuff up to them.
You can get in contact with the CSM via these forums, the EVE Online Discord, in-game eve-mails, or any other means that the CSM members have made available to the EVE community.
So no form of anonymous communication. Basically entirely inaccessible.
You can just post things on an alt account…I didn’t realize by accessible, you mean anonymously.
Since I have been threatened by a CSM in the past, I would say anonymous communication is a requirement. CSM’s are powerful people in their factions and you can bring down in game consequences if your concerns are unfavorable to a CSM.
If such a thing happens, you should let CCP know. If one has threatened you in the past, don’t contact that one again and be sure to let CCP know.
Since the consequences are in game, not real world, it would not concern CCP, it’s just in game politics and part of the game.
Stuff in game is a concern of CCP. CCP IS the enforcement force of it’s own EULA/TOS within the game. They are Absolutely the group you should go to. Again, just post on an alt…CSM doesn’t know any extra information about your accounts than any other player would.
I answer in game mail. I am not sure any eve player wants to be handing out their personal email.

CSM has a higher standard they must conform to.
Mike has answered me very promptly in the past, I trust him, maybe you should too.
First of all this is an alt, and considering the nature of the threat of in game consequences, you will have to trust me that without anonymity some players will never contact a CSM. It’s just not accessible. HR applications are far reaching.
What is wrong with using an alt to maintain anonymity?
