I also strongly believe that there is plenty of room within Eve for pilots like Salvos Rhoska to express whatever their opinions are about anything and everything. I would really hope that nobody would fall into the trap of wanting to report Salvos for expressing his own personal viewpoint and opinions, whatever they may be.
I can only hope that everyone will always feel free to attack any pilot’s ideas and opinions and dreams and that nobody will ever fall into the trap of reporting someone with whom you may violently disagree with please. Just go get the whatever violence needs to be done according to the rules that we all live and die by within the crazy laws of the Eve Universe.
I utterly refute that I’m being bought. No-one has, or will, ever caused me to support something. I have received no income for being on the CSM.
Clear enough? I doubt, however, you’re going to believe me, or that there is anything I can do to make you believe me.
You’re deliberately misquoting me, with regards to the income I have from Patreon. You’re ignoring that the income and more is entirely swallowed by the costs I have to run the services which I run (for free, for all eve players)
By your willful misinterpretation of facts I have provided. You do not have enough information to judge how much income I had in 2016. Or 2017. or 2018. What you have is the income for the period of july 2016, to the current data. That is $640
You also have my current donation rate. which is $46.
What you don’t have is the peaks and troughs in between (other than my mention of a single month where I had a donation rate of $48) This means that any conjecture that you have is just that. Conjecture.
But you seem intent on smearing me. Why is that? That stinks. Badly.
He’s apparently never heard of links for a start. IIRC there’s several direct links to CCP on Fuzzworks, any of which could have indirectly earned CCP money
See above.
We’ll add how the world wide web works to the evergrowing list of stuff you don’t understand.
Feel free to report @Steve_Ronuken for this to @CCP_Falcon and see what the response is. I’m pretty sure you will find everyone involved is 100% OK with how things are
tbh, no-one can quantify the income a third party site provides for CCP.
Have I caused some people to start additional accounts, to do industry with? (as it scales well) Anecdotally, at least a few. How long did they produce income? No clue. I’ve not tracked the people who have mailed me about it.
And there are people who used my referral code to start accounts. Can I claim them? Probably not.
Does this have any relevance to me being on the CSM? Nope, none at all.
Could I ‘make’ more money by not running the sites? Yep. Because I spend more on them than I get.
Of course, from what you’re saying here, you’d not be happy unless no-one but CCP had any income (regardless of outgoing costs. Say goodbye to any killboard, or alliance infrastructure)
We already know that the donations from Steve’s free service go towards hosting and that CCP don’t get a piece of that particular, very small, pie. CCP are fine with that as they allow 3rd party sites to do exactly that.
Which part of that do you find hard to understand?
How many of those 6 are subbed by cash, and for how long?
That Steve made that possible for you, does not mean the donations he has received are passed into CCP, even by a cent. They go to Steves pocket, only.
