After a customs house is put into reinforce (INVULNERABLE). when it comes out of reinforce and is VULNERABLE…what is the Shield recharge rate and HP per sec/min/hour?
you can find that info in the “Show Info”, I believe it’s under attributes, it should say something like Shield Recharge: seconds. then all you have to do is devide the Shield HP with the shield recharge and there you go, result is shield regen (HP/s)
