So I enjoyed the Air intro mission where you fleet up. Then you end up at the Air starter station where you go through some menu tutorials. That was helpful. I had to log off.
When I logged back in all the Aura stuff did not resume. So after not being able to find it I inputted a course to the career agents.
Turns out I had to undock. I was supposed to go undercover at a mining site. But the site was never added to any of my menus. So I had to end the tutorial and move on to the career agents. Probably want to fix it so mission dialog continues when you log back in, and clean up the UI.

You can probably get the AIR New Player Experience restarted again by submitting a Support Ticket, the GM’s usually reset those rather quickly…

That kind of sounds like the Epic Arc called, “Fractured Legacy” where you get the Pioneer mining ship. You can find it listed under epic arcs; open the side menu → The Agency → Agents & Missions.
However, since they changed things last month adding Exortium, I am not sure if it is something that mimics the epic arc?
