No not at all, but your proclivity towards using sploits vs. brains is a concern.
More likely that the content you chaps and chappets indulge in and gorge yourself on, is not quite his cup of tea and he finds it tepid and unexciting, it does not rock his boat, or give him a tingle on his leg.

I would think it is more likely that he is not interested in potentially being the target of a number of bitter people with bruised forum egos from his robust posting. I might find it amusing, but not everyone does…

But why would he if he is such a pro PvP legend? I’m just a regular casual player and I have no issue when people seek me out in game to play some EVE with me.

Maybe I dont find nullsec pvp stimulating any longer? The whole TD thang kinda wrecked it for me. But I am forever engaged by the banter and drooling of mouth breathing hi sec gankers.

My point is that it is frustrating having limited time to play and then being camped and trolled by gankers. Nobody in their right mind will blame anyone else for them not having the time to play. If one does not make a stand and plays a passive non-pvp game then they may very well find themselves in that position.
I understand there are other options like going to an out of the way system and dwelling there which is a great solution. I’m simply suggesting that miners broaden their skill set to include some low cost pvp.
We have all seen similar scenarios in sci-fi films when we were growing up and I am not sure why lots of miners don’t want to take up arms and defend.

Permanent ignore seems to be working very very very very very very very very very very well for me, Thank you CCP. 
Cammomile Tea is very good for calming one down, I read that it helps to create and protect ones serotonin allowing one to maintain a good happy mood for longer periods of time.
I also read Valerian Tea is similar to Cammomile, and it has a natural sedative effect which can be helpful for people who want to relax and get better quality sleep. Funny, when I tried it I had a more positive attitude and a massive spring in my step.
First you need to understand that time spent mining (for solo miners, not the multiboxing ) is for a “chill” moment, eg they come back from the job and have one hour to talk with people before food, children etc. That is, low-effort gaming that just makes you “do something” as a reason to interact with ppl.
Therefore, what you are asking for, is a complete rework of what “chill” miners do. That is, make efforts, change the way you are playing. For what reason ? For what result ? If they take a lot of energy (because it requires) and start using PVP ships : what is the probability it is of any use ? what is the probability it is a loss for them ? 0, and 1 . From a miner point of view, it’s just a net loss. They don’t enjoy their 1h game time, and instead they are doing something badly that makes them dislike the game. That’s the reason why war decs made so many people leave the game : they just can’t afford to play a video game for competition, just with the raw difference in amount of time available.
What you are actually asking, for them, is to leave the game.
Also remember that was is “low cost” for you is not that low for someone who plays casually.
In 3 months he will be unblocked. IIRC it’s the third time I have to reblock him.

That is why single player farming games exist and are popular.
I had a lot of fun playing HARVEST MOON. There is also Farming Simulator and lots of 4X strategy games without sub where you can harvest lots of resources and wheeeze all that hypnotic dust farming space rocks, even with friends doing the same, everyone mining. You can even go for quick victory over weak AI and then forget about fighting, keeping opponent in a check, producing all the stuff, mining all the rocks, getting high… on resources. 
Just think about it. Space rich without hassle of watching your back all the time.
IDLE space farmer may be a game for you.

Anderson explains why some miners react like they do, so butt hurt Ganker aligned player makes massive and incorrect assumption that Anderson is talking about herself and shows where her own heart really lies. Sorry was that a sweeping assumption on my part?
What are you talking about, I just saw something and thought I can share the thought about how I can really solve that urge for players who are like me or others who like mining. No hard feelings.
