Are you sure its not you that have some misunderstanding?
And I’m out…
Bakster is the kind of person driving in a traffic lane wondering why everyone else is driving in the opposite direction. And decides everyone else is wrong.
A safe zone doesn’t end PVP but supports the economy, while its absence harms it.
Mr. Kane, I seen you around this forum for months now. You do understand this isn’t unicorns and rainbows? It is meant to reflect the real world in which we live. Sadly, the world is full of insane psychopaths. All you need to prove that is read the evening news.
As “safe” as I would like to think my city is any given day. I can be murdered and the police won’t pop out of my closet. I could have them on the phone and they can’t save me. They will come clean up the body, leave the blood, and probably never catch my killer. That’s the real world we live in, so it would be very odd to have space police do any better.
Fly safe o7
EVE’s crime rate is likely much higher than RL.
Because people’s free will is unshackled here.
High crime in an MMO with a player-driven economy is a bad idea.
Its presented as “safer” not safe, there is a fundamental difference
Is it your position then, that Eve Online cannot evolve?
Seems counterintuitive…
Go play another game then. EVE is where people go to be the guy/girl who doesn’t care about playing nice.
Fixed it for you.
Sometimes I wonder why people rant in a “WAR” MMO when they are blown up.
As a trader I don’t want high sec to be without pvp.
High sec pvp is what gives traders their play style, otherwise everyone would just auto pilot their DST to Jita while eating lunch.
where does it state that it in non pvp, that is YOUR take from the information you have read.
Youve been around long enough to know tht no where in eve is truly safe, sure you can go about not drawing attention to yourself and make yourself safer, but you are never 100% safe and nor does it say that anywhere that i can find
I guess you believe they should allow unsavory enterprises in school zones too.
Get a grip!
Uh no, one has nothing to do with the other. You need to be able to separate reality from a video game. If you can’t, again this game isn’t for you. There is nothing wrong with being able to play out being a criminal in a game, there are even some people who play this game who love going after those criminals. Gaming is a place one can safely get those base urges out of one’s system.
Gateway…
Ya. You can’t self distruct in real life to get home swiftly. You end up in a Morgue.
Are you trying to gaslight him into thinking EVE is a PvP everywhere game or something?
