DECOY

My only interactions with Decoy line members were very good, decent dudes and very nice to interact with overall at a 90% range. Nothing bad to say about most of them, now in terms of BJK, Thats a whole other rat in the kitchen.
My time in Phoenix alongside BJK made me realize he is arrogant, self absorbed, hostile, and egotistical man-child. Criticized members who took out fleets and made content, made moves for the coalition, all while doing bare minimum on his end, if that.. This is not the sign of a man who knows what the hell he is talking about. Its a mindless idiot who stepped out of the fortress of Phoenix, ran back to Pure Blind, refused amazing deals from FRAT that would have given time for his members to recover, and then threw in with fellow turncoats OnlyFleets, making his own members as meat shields and hes been reduced to a mere Sabre pilot who barely gets a bubble off and rants in local as if hes some sort of hero. (While I despise OF for backstabbing P-Coa, I resent BJK for pushing an incorrect and straight up delusional take on how the cowardly abandonment of P-Coa went even more)
When I have members coming to me afterwards who are not my alliance asking why BJK is so hostile and criticizing people who have more experience, talent, and brain power than him, I think it speaks volumes about the guy. And that was even before Id FC`d along side him.
I wish the acquired meat shield of Decoy the best in OF. Because its the best they are going to get right now.
See you in my killmails. Traitor.

Always great to see a review from a fellow PhoenixCo member  Sorry to see your alliance is bleeding active corporations Guardias :frowning:

DECOY MOVES TO QUERIOUS

The ripples of the Pandemic Family collapsing stretched far beyond the drone regions; Pure Blind was affected too.

DECOY was sparring against Fraternity since refusing to sign a NIP, then Northern Coalition were seeking a new place to live. We had some great skirmishes against them, but sadly we were not going to hold against the entirity of WinterCo:

Since leaving Pure Blind, DECOY has been offered a constellation and the opportunity for collaboration with OnlyFleets + Friends.

DECOY is continuing to grow, settling into new space

Still a better lovestory than Twilight

DECOY MOVES TO DELVE

Since WinterCo forced DECOY out of Pure Blind, we’ve been living down in Querious, holding the entry constellation from LowSec.

After a brief Weekend-War with PhoenixCo, DECOY has now grabbed a constellation in NPC Delve adjacent to NPC space.

We’ve had a huge surge in activity and maintained 996 consecutive hours online in Discord :clinking_beer_mugs:

Greetings from Fanfest 2026!

Over the last few weeks, conflicts in Delve have been heating up as CSQY began paying more and more mercenaries to attempt to assault DECOY’s sovereignty.

2026-05-11 - Sov Strike Defence

CSQY brought ~100 pilots to entosis the K-6K16 ihub, and scattered a further 50 pilots across the constellation. DECOY had only 15 pilots on comms - there’s no way we were hiding from this fight.

We couldn’t take the main fleet head-on, so we undocked fast-warping Autocannon Machariels and conduit-jumped across the constellation to kill all their node runners.

With 17 seconds remaining on the final K-6 ihub, our allies landed on grid and we pushed off all the enemy node runners. A monumental victory from a skirmish that started heavily outnumbered.

2026-05-18 - Staging IHub Defence from Iceland

Our original plan was to take advantage of CCP’s Fanfest in Iceland, when a lot of EU/US players and alliance FCs would be attending and the enemy would be at their weakest

A leaked ping from our enemies…

CSQY have recently separated from Fraternity to find their own direction, and using their ISK and contacts from Pochven, have been making frequent assaults against our space.

They credited RR, DC, MX, Laser Hawks, Rainbow Knights Coalition, SNUFF, DWH, BOSS, SYN, NC, SC, OSY and Dragon Knights for their help attacking our sov during Fanfest. Little did they know the commitment of our team. Those still in Reykjavik drove to the gaming lounge Iceland Gaming Arena to coordinate and fight back. All defensive nodes were run from Iceland.

Despite getting its players to wake up at 2am, CSQY stood down and chose to deny what could have been an incredible fight.

[Story / Recruitment] The Power of a Player-First Culture: DECOY’s Journey to the Frontlines of Delve

Fly safe, capsuleers.

As we hit the midway point of 2026, we wanted to take a moment to share a bit of our journey over the last year. In a corner of space often dominated by massive block politics and a fixation on keeping battle reports perfectly green, we set out with a simple, stubborn goal: build a group where every single pilot matters, and prioritize genuine fun over everything else.

Looking back at our trajectory, we’re incredibly proud to see that a community-first attitude doesn’t just survive in nullsec—it thrives.

Sustained, Organic Growth

When groups scale up, it’s easy for the tight-knit culture to fade. For us, it’s been the exact opposite. We’ve managed to double our numbers over the last year while keeping our core identity entirely intact.

Our membership trajectory from mid-2023 to mid-2026—sustainable, steady, and driven entirely by word of mouth and shared goals.

From Querious to the Frontlines of Delve

Our journey over the last several months has tested our limits and proven what a dedicated group of pilots can achieve when they back each other up.

  • The Querious Campaign: Moving into Querious in late 2025 alongside OnlyFriends completely changed our perspective on collaboration. We previously encountered mindsets elsewhere in New Eden where ships were willingly thrown away just to “trade” numbers—a valid strategy, but rarely an enjoyable one for the line member. Facing entities that focused strictly on the BR rather than the engagement, our outnumbered pilots pushed hard, adapted quickly, and ultimately saw the opposition dissolve or merge elsewhere.

  • Taking the Leap into Delve: We chose to step directly into the frontline vacancy left in the wake of that campaign. Staging out of an NPC Station in G-0Q86 at the beginning of our alliance history has given our pilots invaluable deployment experience. Despite having multiple contingencies ready, our community adjusted so seamlessly that our wallets are healthy, our local industry is seeding heavy hulls, and the content is flowing daily.

  • Holding the Line: EVE is famous for throwing curveballs, and ours came during Fanfest when local adversaries rallied a massive CTA to test our infrastructure. Thanks to tight coordination, we secured the grid against steep odds. Whether it’s conduit-carriering Machariels to counter breakaway fleets or running blops networks across the constellation, our active, aggressive footprint has firmly established DECOY as a reliable partner in the region.

Punching Above Our Weight

We don’t aim to be the biggest fleet on the map, but we aim to be the most impactful for our size.

During the massive 2.6T Brawl, DECOY pilots stepped up by positioning dictors across NPC Delve, successfully pinning down roughly 30 enemy dreadnoughts right at the critical opening phase of the fight. Securing that grid and the subsequent sovereignty in North Querious fundamentally shaped the current landscape of the region—proving that a coordinated, tight-knit group can entirely alter the course of a massive theater.

To back up that ambition, we’ve focused heavily on capital progression. Nearly every main in the alliance is now sitting in a carrier, with dreadnought alts ready to log in. We aren’t just building a capital fleet to look at it in a hangar; we’ve dropped dreads more in the last few months than in the previous three years combined.

Looking Ahead: Gamifying the Grind & In-Real-Life

Our goals for the remainder of 2026 focus entirely on lowering the barrier to entry for content and investing back into our people:

  1. Expanding Our Capital Umbrella: We’re pushing for universal Jump Drive Calibration V across our active roster, ensuring our capital-to-subcap ratio stays perfectly balanced. For our long-term veterans, the next milestone is coordinating our first wave of Hyper Supers.

  2. Custom Infrastructure & Tooling: EVE shouldn’t feel like a second job. We are currently developing and integrating custom tracking tools directly into SeAT to automate the administrative headache of market orders, buybacks, and PI requirements. We’re even tracking localized standings to ensure our pilots can easily secure their own faction hulls down south.

  3. Sharing the Fun: We want to showcase our daily operations and tight fleet chemistry to the wider community by leaning into streaming culture and public NPSI fleets, offering a glimpse of what an ambitious, independent-minded alliance looks like in action.

  4. EVE London (October 3rd): Because we are a community first and an alliance second, a massive contingent of us are meeting up in real life for EVE London this October. We’re making a full event out of it, organizing city sightseeing and country trips for our international pilots flying in.

We’ve managed to scale up without losing the “player-first” atmosphere that makes this game worth playing. If you’re a corporation or a pilot looking for a place where your actions actually move the needle, where leadership cares about your experience, and where taking a fight against the odds is just an average Tuesday, our doors are open.

  • Staging: K-6K16, Delve
