DECOY

DECOY HOLDS SOV!

Aaaand we’re back on the map! Phoenix Co have granted us a constellation in Pure Blind, close to the lowsec/highsec entry points.

We’ve also begun running roams and objective fleets for the coalition:

2025-04-14 19:30 - Harpy Op

BR: Battle Report Tool

We took the Harpies out for their ‘Maiden Roam’ and charged into J5A-IX. We bounced around the Keepstar grid for a while hitting haulers going through the Ansi, then took a fight against a Retribution fleet.

After chugging the 15 white monsters in their cargo (navy cap booster 400 ingame), the Kirins were repping us before we broadcast. Not pictured in the BR is 2 Dominix and 3 Brutix Navy Issues whose split damage got cleaned up :whitemonster::whitemonster::whitemonster:

We maintained a steady 50km-70km “nono” zone, mitigating hostile warp scrambler effectiveness by 420%.

Shoutout to our additional target callers in that fleet (literally everybody) whose push-to-talk buttons are triggered by Crows within 30km

2025-04-18 19:30 - Harpy Op

BR: Battle Report Tool

After defending 36 Skyhook notifications against some nasty snuff boombers, a different kind of notification appeared on my overview. This time; elite alliance CVA were ringing the doorbell. Ecstatic and curious; I moved my scout to see a Kikimora Fleet BEGGING for some Caldari Navy Thorium S on my dscan.

I pinged and grabbed my 28 best friends (not borg) and travelled to deliver our much sought ammunition. We dived face-first into them (especially borg), because everybody knows that you charge through the door upon greeting your neighbour.

We bled a Harpy and a Bifrost in exchange for nearly 1b ISK of frags. Admist the confusion; a Snuff PNI found themselves on grid with our Ansiblex. Watching the dazed capusleer, we figured that bubbling them for 5 minutes to really give them a moment to sit and think about what they’d done was the best course of action. They ran their smartbomb a couple of times before vanishing back to the RQH gate. I hope they’re okay, I’ll be thinking of them Gfgfgfgf

2025-04-19 01:00 - Nagas on our Ansi :scream:

BR: Battle Report Tool
DScan: D-Scan of system W-4NUU

SHADO took the long haul from [REDACTED] to Cloud Ring and reffed one of our Skyhooks. They moved into 6-4 and started poking our ansiblex, so we formed a little :ghost: and crept up behind them.

We initially formed Harpies because that’s the only ship I know. But that wouldn’t have done the job today, so I handed the fleet over to BJK’s CaldariBrother who took Cerbs.

We removed the EM amp ( :no_entry: :high_voltage: ) and replaced it with a Warp Scrambler ( :smiling_face_with_horns: ) assuming that all the Naga’s would try and MJD.

Fragged 1b of Nagas, repaired the ansi, gated some things that probably shouldn’t have been gated but don’t worry about it everythings fine

2025-04-19 16:00 - Spectre HQ

BR: Battle Report Tool

Public NPSI team SpectreFleet have been under siege from the locals & Snuff for the last few days; today was the hull timer for their home Fortizar.

Waiting for us on the in-gate were 154 ‘Third Party’ Stormbringers and a 100-pilot ‘Third Party’ Jackdaw fleet, so we waited a short while for the fight to kick off and go through.

TiDi was brutal as 1,200 pilots engaged in peeveepee, not even CTRL+SHIFT+F9 could save some of our computers with a record of 69 disconnects per 420 (tidi) seconds.

Despite server weather, we managed not to lose a single OSNI :aPES_Saxophone: Gj on the regroups, the panic warps, and your ability to read names of ships nearby. It didn’t get confusing ONCE listening to 10 different target callers at once. :Confused_Dog:

BR: Battle Report Tool

We saw a small INIT roam travel through our space. Uncertain where they were headed, I figured we’d third-party this content. :smiling_face_with_horns:

One hostile Abaddon chose to disengage early to try and save themselves, and are currently in Cloud Ring bouncing safes. Who know’s if they’ll return safe :eyes:

:rocket: Thanks for the quick form! :rocket:

2025-04-26 22:00 - INIT SuperDunk

BR: Battle Report Tool

INIT formed a small Ferox fleet and came for their nightly round of content shooting our Ansiblex. I fit two Vultures Warp Scramblers to hold down both hostile Monitors, confident that their fleet would be unable to break me with Logi supporting.

FC provided a great warpin, and I was able to secure tackle. The fleet primaried me straight away, but were unable to break from the beginning. Our subcap fleet started deleting their subcaps at a rapid rate; so b the time the cynos came for the bait escalation, there was no supporting subcap fleet.

Over the course of the next 10 minutes, we trickled more and more Cerberus to come and help us out from B-9, securing 130b of destruction.

In addition to the fleet content above, DECOY is maintaining a mineral and doctrine market. We have some nice content lined up after Fanfest as we seek new players and corporations to join our adventure :fire: :phoenix:

DECOY’s 2nd BIRTHDAY!

And what a busy few weeks it has been

:phoenix: Phoenix Coalition has established a foothold in Delve and has started taking sovereignty. Over the next few weeks, we will be expanding deeper into Delve and pushing against DRAKE, ZERG and RED. Over the last 48 hours, we have taken a fight vs DRAKE which has caused them to change Doctrines, and we have captured sovereignty in a hostile keepstar system:

In addition to this, we have 3 corps join us:

Onyx Cartel - formerly in Caldari Alliance, now joining our team here in DECOY :sunglasses:
Foundation Cutting-Edge - returning players who used to live in Pure Blind, now coming with us on an adventure :world_map:
War Eagle Fleet - the legendary WEF - flying with them again for the first time since we left Fraternity! Great team, looking forward to seeing them again :eagle:

DECOY EXITS PHOENIX COALITION

On Wednesday October 1st 2025 at 18:00, DECOY performed a full reset of Phoenix Coalition.

Since we joined their coalition, we had success implementing a Raven doctrine to fill a strategic gap, implemented on-grid strategy to win this 100b+ BR and were the only team to sustain ADM6.0 in all owned sov null systems.

After Phoenix began moving to Delve, a series of questionable decisions were made.

  • OnlyFleets joined the coalition, but did not enjoy the pace and left
  • XIX joined the coalition, but refuse to stage with SYN
  • Siege Green joined the coalition, but would not support Phoenix with the bigger threats
  • Sovereignty was promised to alliances, but SYN focused on fighting over Metenox, sustaining 500b in losses in 4 weeks
  • Rokhs were the largest doctrine ship, as Phoenix are unable to SRP TFI’s
  • In total, we had 62 alliances set blue to support with this campaign

During this campaign, it became clear that Phoenix have only ever inherited space from others, rather than fighting for it themselves.

DECOY has fully reset, and is now living independently in Pure Blind.

See, this is why I see PhCo is a propagandistic joke. Less ■■■■■■■■ and more authenticity would be a better service to their actual heartbeats like MIL and BRose. Constantly putting spin spice on everything and unable to actually threaten like other propaganda groups such as Goons. They are going to continue to bleed heartbeats unless their leadership gets better at humble honesty and throws that jar of spin spice in the f&^%ing trashcan. Watching this play out on forums and they keep looking more and more clown on KB. It looks to me like BOSS and SYN are doing more for them than PhCo. imo, it won’t be long until we see them align themselves with brotherhood and daycare and leave PhCo (a co’al that can’t actually give space to one of their highest FAT contributors and against a small neutral state like OF?).

First of all, do you want a medal for keeping ADMs at 6.0? If that is a great accomplishment, then I don’t know what to say.

Let’s not spread misinformation around and contribute to the BS OF propaganda.

OnlyFleets did not joined the PhCo, they just said they did but me personally had conversations with one of their diplos before the sov was given to them by Brave, yes given, they didn’t have to fight for it, and that diplo told me point black that OF is not part of the coalition. So that told me that OF pretended and lied about joining the coalition but had their own plans, to backstab XIX, SG and PhCo. So let’s not sing their praises on how great they are.

Yes, sov was promised to alliances and when you noticed your s*** FATs you started acting like a baby and decided to not participate in fleets anymore knowing you won’t get the space you wanted. You are not living independently in PB, you are a Frat renter right now, so stop spreading lies.

The only ones that inherited space from others in this war so far is OF who were handed space by Brave, we actually fought for the space we have in Delve.

Also another thing to tell the people you are trying to recruit is the fact that you are fighting along side OF with ALL your 10 people hoping you will get space from them just like you were handed space by PhCo. Since you switched so quickly fighting against PhCo right after reset makes us believe you were already working with OF from the get go. Great character you have BJK.

What a joke of a leader you are

Hi! Welcome to the community  Please enjoy your stay!

So you are still living in pure blind surrounded by frat? Oh boy i dont think you are going to last much there

Haha, against all of WinterCo? We don’t think so either

… unless :eyes:

PhCo is definitely the ones bull$#!7ing their members with propa and I’m sorry they(BJK) paid in without much dividends/ROI. It sucks to get burnt. BJK is probably a better leader just because s/he understood how PhCo is and got their ppl out.

I bet this is what really happened: OF traded Teni for Quer (compare sovmap) with Goons and/or Brave, and then PhCo got salty it wasn’t a landgrab. PhCo is failscading internally and trying to make good on promises, but can’t.

Southern Conflicts

Since leaving PhoenixCo, DECOY has been invited to several large skirmishes, completely with handout ships in the south.

1.3T Mega Brawl - The first was a 1.3T Megabrawl baiting out PhoenixCo’s cap fleet, check the video below:

FRT Metenox in Khanid - As FRT expand their reach across the universe, they started taking Metenox owned by OnlyFleets in Khanid. We attended to help OnlyFleets take their moon back, only for Dawns Light and PhoenixCoalition to support FRT in the south:

Northern Conflicts

FRT has approached DECOY with a NIP. Sadly, this contains rather oppressive rules for an alliance of our size, including being unable to scout systems either side of our constellation, unable to get content over skyhook raids and unable to scan Data/Relic sites. It is unreasonable for us to believe that FRT will ever be able to commit to these; DECOY will be rejecting this NIP.

But for context; we have no NIP with INIT, or TRI, or anyone else… honour & merit-based existance is much healther than rule-based existance, as we look forward to seeing how FRT reacts to our refusal to coordinate.

…Especially as they’ve just deployed in direct range of our sov, with a threat to invade INIT territories. Whilst our sov is under threat, our gameplay style is being encouraged. This will be a great few months :clinking_beer_mugs:

Appeal to PhoenixCo.

If you’re tired of Erzus/Leadership lying to you about the nature of this deployment, please reach out to me on Discord in a DM and I’ll help you get involved in all these crazy fights we’ve been having… but on the winning side.

It is clear that PhoenixCo have never EARNED any space. Now they are being shot and tested, they’re showing major weaknessess in their communication and performance.

The signs have been here for a while; the start of their ‘Move’ to Delve started with losing 500b ISK to FRT fighting over Metenox, instead of helping alliances take sovereignty so their players could play the game.

Your loyalty to PhoenixCo is damaging your gameplay. Leave, and enjoy EVE again. <3

WinterCo Reinforces DECOY’s Staging Fort

Fraternity are extremely keen to create a non-invasion pact with DECOY, but all proposals have fallen short of healthy for an alliance of our scale.

The initial proposal stated DECOY were not to rob any skyhooks owned by FRT anywhere; so looting Gas in Tenal would jeapordise our sovereignty.

The second proposal limited the scope exclusively to Pure Blind, but denied any expansion into our bordering systems. We have a very high level of activity and seeing Fraternity hold unused systems does not sit well; we rejected this deal too.

With this in mind, we pushed for the border system of BDV3-T today, and our entosis Maulus got greeted by an 80 pilot fleet (and survived). Later that day, FRT attacked our staging fortizar.

Attempting an oppressive NIP and attacking a stager in response to an unused system being hit tells us Fraternity are in a greedy state of harvesting.

It’s an interesting position having reds and not blues

DECOY defends against WinterCo

WinterCo formed a Kikimora fleet to attack our Fortizar Armor timer today but got pushed away by DECOY Omen Navy Issues. We were also able to repair our 2 Metenox at the same time.

Fun fact: WinterCo EN has so many spies that their war target INIT knew a siege was coming to our fort before we did.

We continue to live in Pure Blind, even without Fraternity’s blessing :folded_hands:

Biggest cope propaganda thread I ever seen.
