I know that there is a delay on the targetting on the guns you fin din invasion systems that used to instablap everything. The patch notes says based on ships size, I know i can get a frigate through OK, but what the biggest ship that can get to warp before being exploded?
Why don’t you go try it and report back your findings?

Bonus points if the reported ‘safe ship size’ is actually one size too slow.

There is a standard scan res vs Sig radius.
Then of.course the gun posts themselves don’t point that I know of. So how much tank you have also matters.
And of course are any roaming Trigs on gate especially anchoring.
So, there is no short answer.
