Very interesting ! Suspect flag was putted on insisting/blackmail by null sec lobby and their minions in CSM. This was first time CCP stand against null sec lobby.
Is it because all new PVE content are idea of new owner ???

It means alarge section of the game weren’t bothering with the higher tiers because of the additional and unnecessary extra layer of risk. It’s a good move and shouldn’t have been there in the first place.

or people who arent subbed but used to play and would be interested in buying some

noone care about New Eden they need EVE IP to put in mobile game and earn billons on Asian markets

There is market for everything (just take look at dark web ) 
But for publicly traded company which MUST maximize profit non p2w practice is not profitable enough…
So why do non P2W games exist?
They exist where they fit into the existing bussines plan, Asian mobile market is no place like that.

At the end of the day, if you arent the richest person in the game, what is the purpose of playing p2w?
