When I posted the first time, I said the ops team was already working the issue. I checked before I posted, and believe me, I’m only posting here tonight because I understand how serious an issue it is.
Without getting into details that I’d probably misstate, work on the problem is ongoing. I don’t have any info about ETA for a fix. Sorry I can’t offer more.
