Chat’s diaper was overflowing all over the south today.
@CCP_Falcon Just wanted to make sure I understood my email reply from support… I was declined due to “I can see your Omega time lapsed on 2017-12-25 and it was renewed on 2018-04-17.” I had chat problems from then on, and your system has been broken as recently as last week… What would that be, like 30 days from the required date, and then 11 months of chat system failures? I just feel like I’m getting all the inconvenience, none of the recompensation… Thanks for your time.

Agreed why not pick any other date during the 11 months of unreliability?
Sometimes “Corp Chat” doesn’t start properly = missing some members.

How about the day they fix it? Given that would not only say sorry but also reward those who stayed and played despite poor service. It would also apologise to everyone who was impacted rather than just those active during a single downtime given it was a persistent issue not a one time thing.
