This will not reduce ISK in the game. Taxes spent in Jita are an ISK sink but forcing people to move from Jita to TTT just puts ISK in the pocket of TEST that would have previously gone down the drain so it’s actually increasing the amount of ISK in the system by discouraging the use of the single biggest ISK sink in the game:
People have been demanding greater isk sinks. This is an isk sink. The minimum tax on player structures increased by more than double as well, so even if folks try to avoid the taxes (like they already do), they’re going to get hit there as well.
This should not result in any kind of meaningful player behavioral changes - all the reasons to avoid using NPC stations will remain, all taxes are going up, and Jita is still too convenient for anybody to shift everything away from it to somewhere else.
there is no one solution that will magically reduce isk in the game, reducing the bounty pool reduces the amount of isk generated into the game it does not reduce the amount leaving the game of already present isk.
first push your fingers in their eyes , second the other hand in their pockets … what’s next ?
