Didn't get 25 FREE PLEX despite being active

Hi!

I am writing from the account that got omega for 1 year, was active (ratting mostly), but didn’t get the 25 free PLEX for some reason. Can you please check why I was misclassified as non-active player?

Are you looking in the New Eden store in game to redeem them?

If not finding them when expected, you’ll need to engage EVE Support: Contact Options to resolve this.

Yes. I have quite a few accounts and this one was the only one who didn’t get the PLEX. Checked again this morning, and it appeared there.
