Different ship progression idea

Terrible idea.

We already have a problem with the “Fives Mentality” which has people hiding in stations till they can raise/inject to all 5s when in fact waiting till you are all 5s is the worst way to learn EVE.

People who think all fives are required rarely succeed in EVE. They spend months/money training skills but don’t learn the game. Then they go out in some ship they cannot afford and don’t know how to fit or fly, and loose said ship.

Then they cry and quit.

Requiring masteries to fly a ship is a terrible idea - at higher levels of these achievements they start to require stuff that is not usually needed to fly the ship efficiently except for (PvP) scenarios.

Fixed it for you. And separate hull bonuses: some will improve with general hull skill and the other with specialization.
