It is racist, cause there was not reason to mention it. Not only does PA have nothing to do with the transition to micro-transactions. As stated, the seeds were the implementation of skill trading.
But there was no argument other than “they are Korean”. So yes, it was racist.
Generally there is the concept of a Korean business model in MMO games which is often referred to as Korean. Am I wrong to understand it like that? @Jayce_Fitzpatrick the question applies to you too, to call me racist for that is quite frankly ridiculous.
Darlo, I never saw your statement as racism, but someone else did and you threw that at me, wow.
So you associating “Korean” to that term is false. It is a racist perception, that somehow the negative effects of F2P micro-transactions is because of Koreans. F2P micro-transactions in MMOs have nothing to do with any nation. So associating all the negatives to Korea exclusively, as if Korea are to blame for all of it is ridiculous
I was responding to another player using that term, though as I said I believe it to be a sweeping generalisation based on the fact that most Korean games are on this basis. Still if you want to call me racist for it go ahead, and have my contempt back at you.
That also proof and reflect of bad game design… key important systems go under invasin and get lost within hours may be most player base in their warm beds and deep sleep…this is careless ! Doesnt give single ■■■■ to players REAL LIFES!
Even 1b cost citadels requires second attack and time cooldowns that you know when will be vulnarable again so even you miss the first cycle you may be can arrange send one and wake people up from their sleeps by set them alarm clocks ! … but… this … this is just respectless and heresy !
CODE will be fine. There is now a “gauntlet of doom” that has to be run by anyone hauling the new EvE “Silk Road” (saw this reference, a diagram showing the gauntlet of doom and all the system names that are involved in the 45 jump route on Reddit). Something like 5 or 6 systems, in a row, of .5 security. Don’t forget that Hek is on this route too. Also a .5 system
