Allow all character creation options regardless of gender

I think the character creation system is needlessly limited by gender. It should be a fairly simple update to allow all hairstyles on all genders, and why do men only get lip tone but women get lipstick, with patterns? I don’t see why it’s necessary to disable the ability for a guy to have hot pink Eyeshadow and thick black eyeliner with a central DRIP (We get one eyeliner option, but it’s labelled as Lash Thickness???). Why can’t guys get access to the only two GOOD mowhawk based hairstyles?…
