Is there an official schedule on the CCP’s team working schedule during the holidays?
Just want to confirm that they didn’t close up to mid of January or smth. like that.

They do operate a bit different in the winter than summer
Most will likely be back the week after New Year’s day.

my ticket has been sitting for 17 days at this point without a word.
I had a ticket remain open for over a year.
It remained open until the police concluded their investigation.
Serious tickets can expect serious review.

I would expect that there would be at least some communication over that kind of time frame so you knew what was happening.
(also my ticket is nothing remotely that serious, its an account recovery so I can play again after a number of years)
There was really nothing to say, pending the results of the investigation.
Account recovery is a similar situation - you can expect to wait awhile.
Submit any new evidence you may have.
There is not much to add without a response from CCP, unless they tell me what might be usefull to them there is nothing really to add.
I get that it might take a while to be resolved, but over 2 weeks without even an initial response from CCP is not great customer service.
always thought DEV team is not equal GM Team and ISD team, all different members etc. might get wrong ofc.
I expect they are, but I also expect they would have a similar break over the Holliday season.
Well ISD are volunteers, the other are both CCP, and you did not specific which in your OP. GMs would likely have less and not more vacation time though…
