Hi, I sent numerous emails to support in order to recover my accounts, but I never heard back from them.
I sent 4 different tickets, push-backs, over and over again; it’s been almost a month, and no answer. I meant literally no reply back from support, not even “Dude, stop, we are working on your request.”
Is it just me, or does someone else have issues with the reply time from CCP?
I am at 16 days and counting waiting on a response to a ticket to try to recover my old accounts.
I totally get that things will be slower at this time of year. however it would be nice to at least get some kind of response to know how long I can expect to be waiting to get the ticket looked at rather then it just seeming to get ignored so you don’t know if the ticket is even in the right queue to be looked at.
