I logged an issue 36 hours ago and CCP respond to tell me I’m using the wrong email - seems like its been hacked…
36 hours later and I’m still waiting with no response from CCP…
Dont expect any help for the first two to three days if it happens to you

Yeah, their response time for most issues is usually slow, unfortunately…
Hopefully they’ll get it all sorted out for you asap…
“hacked”, you say. Perhaps try an account recovery and see what happens.
And yeah, real account issues take time to figure out, expecting anything quick in that regard is unrealistic.
