Ccp gave 2 of my accounts to someone through account recovery and its been nearly 2 weeks and i havent gotten any response from my tickets
What should i do
Wait for team security to complete their investigation. While waiting, make sure your email (and other important accounts) are protected with 2 factor authentication. The only way they could steal your accounts through the recovery process is if they have access to your email and your Eve account didn’t have 2FA enabled.
they didnt’ have access to my email. they changed the email for them, but yeah i didn’t have the authenticator
Wow. it’s hard to imagine a process that would let them change the email without sending a message to the old address, not to mention an eve mail if the account was active!
