Support not responding

Is it normal that the support is so slow?
I made a ticket on november 15 and still no response.

I’ve had support take up to 3 weeks in the past, usually at times when there’s a large problem with a high volume of issues.

I’d expect delays over the holidays, but since Nov.15 seems much too long. I’d recommend reviewing the ticket you sent and make sure it’s complete, has the needed information to begin tackling your problem, and in the correct category etc. Sometimes delays are due to an incomplete or misdirected ticket.

If all seems correct, I’d update it and ask for a response or an escalation, whichever seems appropriate.

Definitely make sure the ticket is properly categorized and contains all the right information, then “bump” it by adding a reply. CCP used to answer tickets within 48 hours, but recently I had two tickets, with one being a minor issue and the other more pressing. Both took about two weeks for CCP to answer at all. Good luck.

Not hearing much from devs. ISD abandoning the forums. GMs not replying to tickets.

Do you think they know something we don’t concerning the demise of this game?

I had a ticket few days ago, they responded the next day

There might be a backlog from Christmas.

My work finished on the 20th and then we went back on Monday (the 6th)

I haven’t even opened my emails yet. Not gonna. Tech support for gimps who can’t work a videogame will not progress my narrative.

In any case, the more impatient you are, the longer you will wait.

Or there might not. In most companies customer service don’t get a week off over Christmas. They get a day off.

The issue is they have no oversight and are off the leash with nobody noticing.

Anyone sensible is holding onto annual leave days to book off at Christmas.

I would feel worse for the staff than the customers, but only marginally.

I just made a new ticket asking if they can respond on my other ticket.

By comparison, my personal experience with CCP support over the past 10 years has really been faultless. In almost all cases my tickets have been answered in an extremely timely manner, often with an apology attached for not being quicker! Assuming you have not been botting or something else illegal, I suggest sitting tight and waiting while CCP respond to the myriad of tickets before yours.
